We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to NeurotechMag Pro, including both monthly and annual plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds under this policy, unless required by applicable law.

04Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may vary.
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from approval, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
05Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
